Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join reputed company in South El Monte, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls, communicating with schools to identify their needs, and providing helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with arenaflex. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be productive and efficient under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to schools to promote our educational program
- Identifying the reason for the customer's call, collecting relevant information, and providing solutions
- Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
- Upselling products and services reputed company appropriate
- Using best practices in customer service techniques to reputed company rapport and build relationships with customers

Qualifications
