Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer inquiries and service requests
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Generating sales leads that reputed company into new customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
