Job Summary
As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional billing support to customers, including resolving issues reputed company to billing, account management, and technical queries
- Offer technical support to customers after completing a comprehensive training program (approximately 45-60 days)
- Ensure that reputed company customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations

- Work a variety of schedules, including at least one weekend day, mostly Mid and Evening shifts
Requirements
• Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent

- Have at least six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
