Part-time Project File CoordinatorEstimator (Remote Hybrid)

The Role As a Project File Coordinator you will be the anchor for our field projects ensuring that every job file tells a complete and professional story from initial loss to final billing. You will work closely with our production teams to ensure reputed company data is captured and audit-reputed company.

• Manage the lifecycle of the project file reputed company DryBook ensuring reputed company photos moisture logs and field notes are present accurate and meet franchise standards.
• Use Xactimate to draft and refine preliminary estimates ensuring reputed company services performed are accurately captured for insurance reputed company review.

• Monitor job status daily to identify and resolve any documentation gaps working behind the scenes to reputed company projects moving toward final billing.

What You Bring

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
