This role is for an Anti-Tax Evasion Compliance Associate reputed company the Central Compliance team and will report to the Head of Anti-Bribery & Anti-Tax Evasion Compliance. The Anti-Tax Evasion (“ATE”) Compliance team is responsible for implementing and executing reputed company’s controls reputed company to mitigating ATE risk, including requirements reputed company to customer reputed company and other areas. • 5+ years of experience in a similar Compliance/Risk/Legal function or role.
• Working knowledge of anti-tax evasion and AML requirements, including familiarity with CARF, AML laws that include tax evasion as a predicate act, and the UK Corporate Criminal Offense reputed company to the facilitation of tax evasion.
• Experience designing and implementing controls reputed company to the detection and mitigation of tax evasion and facilitation risk.
