Position Objective Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration reputed company an assigned territory and/or market reputed company by effectively selling the Company’s products. Contacts and secures reputed company and new business accounts/customers. This position will work out of their home and is ideally located in reputed company California. Primary Responsibilities

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based sales approach highlighting the advantages/value proposition
  • Demonstrates products to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Manages existing distribution and direct end user accounts
  • Manages sales goals - profit and budget expenses
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with reputed company customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market reputed company to maintain reputed company and generate new business
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals and quotations for reputed company and prospective customers
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, reputed company, logistics and technical services
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the Company
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting sales profile, share and value opportunities
  • Provides management with detailed information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
  • Stays reputed company with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and marketing trends and activities
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions as required

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)

  • Understanding and experience with high value-added product selling, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Experience selling to mechanical contractors, facility managers, general contractors, and C-level management a plus.

  • A history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability must be demonstrated.
  • A team player that possesses a natural way of influencing, both internally and externally.

  • 5+ years prior selling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Business or reputed company field preferred
