About the Role

We are looking for a digital-first "Hunter" to fuel growth. This is not a traditional "boots on the ground" sales role; instead, you will be the architectural backbone of our sales funnel. Your mission is to utilize digital tools, public data, and market research to identify high-value reputed company projects and deliver warm, reputed company leads to senior reputed company sales team. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor public reputed company sites (construction bids, planning board meetings, and permit filings) to identify new developments before the "ground is broken."
  • Digital Prospecting: Diligently navigate reputed company, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms to identify key decision-makers (Property Managers, Developers, Architects, and General Contractors).

Requirements
