Customer Service & Sales Associate Expectations As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Helping local business owners save money on their credit card processing * Prospecting leads through a combination of warm leads and referrals * Attending appointments set by marketing and pitching arenaflex's products and services * Following arenaflex's proven sales methods to negotiate and reputed company new deals * Checking in with National Sales Managers for support in closing new accounts and receiving additional training * Following up with leads and moving them through the sales funnel * Attending ongoing trainings to enhance sales skills * Participating in AM conference calls to learn about daily bonuses and prizes * Working remotely from home (10%) and conducting field sales work (90%) Customer Service & Sales Associate Qualifications We're looking for sales candidates who are self-driven, upbeat, and outgoing.
