Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Call Center Representative to join reputed company. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, while also handling data entry and other administrative tasks. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handling high-volume customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Entering patient and medication data into our database using our proprietary software
• Handling patient medicine demands and entering top-off orders for handling
• Investigating missing solution data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes)
• Settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
