Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Life Insurance, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting policy owners and agents with incoming calls pertaining to their life insurance policies and products
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to premium, billing, customer website access, and client changes (e.g., beneficiary changes, address changes)
- Providing accurate and timely information to policyholders and agents

- Proven computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with learning new applications
Qualifications:
* Minimum qualifications: High School diploma or above
- 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Shift Timings:
* Monday to Friday: reputed company to 7pm CST (Possible Weekend operations)
