Lab Operations Engineer (reputed company) Company: reputed company The reputed company Test and Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an reputed company Lab Operations Engineer based in Long Beach, CA, to support the development and sustainment of our avionics lab and reputed company test activities. You'll have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of the aerospace industry. Our reputed company initiatives include developing an integrated test lab for flight hardware, avionics, and flight simulators. Major programs include AvionX, C-17 and others. As a Lab Operations Engineer in BT&E, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of lab hardware and sustainment of new and legacy units. In addition, you will document requirements, reputed company and maintain test articles and interfaces in support of various programs using the lab. Additionally, you will reputed company seamless hardware and software integration ensuring reputed company systems work harmoniously together to support qualification and provide support in troubleshooting and resolving lab issues of new and legacy test equipment. Position Responsibilities: reputed company systems verification through execution of test procedures Support the development and verification of test methods reputed company detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to reputed company the test and minimize risk reputed company solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact Design test hardware, software and systems to reputed company test requirements Use analytical tools to verify the design Analyze, process, and format data to customer requirements Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements Present test results to internal and external customers Archive data and reports Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly reputed company to the work statement 3+ years of experience with electronic hardware testing and troubleshooting 3+ years of experience with testing in the realms of Software and Electronic Hardware development 3+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment Proficient in reading and interpreting top assembly and detail level reputed company drawings Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1 + years of experience working with electrical data bus reputed company standards (Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, RS-232) 1 + years of experience working with MIL-STD Connectors such as D38999 Experience with generating electrical drawings using AutoCAD or Visio Experience with hardware configuration control and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, TeamCenter).
