Job Details We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing insurance defense team. The role involves managing a varied Insurance Defense matters including construction defect, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Responsibilities:

• Handle discovery, hearings, and case management for insurance defense matters
• Prepare detailed reputed company reports and timely billing in compliance with client guidelines
• Utilize reputed company and reputed company applications for case and time management
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions with minimal reputed company
• 160 monthly billable hour requirement
