Job Summary

As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations for our global organization. You'll work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to tight deadlines. Your passion for improving both the customer and content author experience will drive your reputed company in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors.

• Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs.
• Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding reputed company audience, file type, and business requirements.
• Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
• Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, reputed company budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $56,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $118,900/year in our highest geographic market.
