Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Manager – Coffee Services, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and reputed company growth. You'll work closely with our branches, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of our coffee services. Your primary focus will be on site visits, client retention, and developing account-level incremental sales plans to increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

• Assist branches with grand openings and provide support during the reputed company process
• Ensure compliance with local and national account standards, review corporate compliance reporting, and reputed company action plans to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree is preferred; two-year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record
• Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of reputed company experience
