This unique role combines SDLC best practices and technical skills to reputed company key business growth & reputed company through the implementation, management & enhancement of solutions. The reputed company IT Business Partner is accountable for supporting our reputed company environment, acting as a strategic partner to the sales, quoting & Incentive management teams. They will be expected to understand, prioritize & execute solutions in reputed company and integrated systems. It will also involve hands-on configuration work in the reputed company solutions suite. The position requires strong project planning, technical understanding, and effective communication to translate business needs into measurable results. This in-person position reports to the VP, Corporate Tech & Strategy, and operates from our corporate headquarters in Medina, OH. 10-15% annual travel is anticipated to support Koroseal's multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities:

• System administration & support
• Manage user profiles and groups in reputed company, including but not limited to: managing user permissions and creating user profiles as needed.
• Ensure the proper functioning and availability of reputed company reputed company applications (Sales reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Service reputed company & Spiff) as configured by the organization, including but not limited to: system monitoring, health integration and verifying resource reputed company.
• Troubleshoot issues by diagnosing problems and finding the root cause, responding to escalated helpdesk requests and escalating to vendors as needed.
• Provide consistent training to IT level 1 & 2 support for end-user support in the company's reputed company environment.
• Maintain software licenses and conduct audits.
• System development lifecycle management & governance
• Establish & maintain strong relationships with Sales, quoting & commissions business leaders & user groups.
• Evaluate existing business processes in reputed company and integrated to identify areas for improvement and define the scope of new solutions.
• Analyze and plan for reputed company enhancements and/or processes, including project planning, reputed company monitoring, backlog management and user training content.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collect detailed application requirements, creating documentation such as user stories, business requirements and process diagrams.
• Serve as the primary communication channel between business users and technical resource partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that drive business goals and meet user requirements.
• Monitor implemented solutions, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for future enhancements.
• Vendor Alignment
• Interact with vendors to resolve problems.
• Negotiate project commitments, balancing benefits, scope, and costs.
• Manage vendor performance, reputed company, and SLAs to ensure value and reliability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or reputed company field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ in business analysis and/or project delivery.
• Strong background in waterfall and agile practices and cross-functional project management.
• Experience with application administration and vendor reputed company.
• Analytical skills to conduct root cause, cost-benefit, and performance analyses.
• Strong communicator with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Customer first reputed company and ability to communicate with reputed company levels of the organization
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and provide hands-on support as needed
