In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting Remote patient monitoring patients navigate our programs. • Help patients navigate our programs, ensuring adoption and use of equipment.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document patient information, enrollment details, and program eligibility assessments in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.
• Follow-Up and Coordination: Monitor the reputed company of enrollment applications, communicate with patients, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the enrollment process.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a clear and understandable manner.
