Job Description

Overview As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide service to patients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear and concise information about their accounts and billing.
• Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, as well as billing and account operations.
• Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage as needed.
• Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information.
• Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) required, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
