Responsibilities

• Execute projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Independently manage their caseload, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks reputed company and effectively.
• Provide structured and factually accurate analysis and advice to clients, ensuring clear and direct communication at reputed company stages of the litigation process.
• Effectively problem solve issues for the clients and the team.

Requirements

• An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, reputed company, and proactive, and clear in communication.
• 4 – 8 years of active litigation experience in reputed company, construction, and/or reputed company estate litigation in Colorado state courts.
• Aptitude and experience to plan and accomplish goals with efficiency and creativity, while working with a supervising partner or senior attorney.
• A professional with a proven record of problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent writing skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate,

consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies.

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the reputed company (licensed in CA is a plus)
• Team player with a "no task too small" attitude.

Benefits

• Salary Range - $140,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)
• Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized reputed company with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
