Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO The Senior Contract Advisor will join the Contract Administration team reputed company Evernorth Federal Services and will be responsible for administering federal reputed company, with a primary focus on the reputed company (DoD) TRICARE Pharmacy contract.
Key Responsibilities
This role will manage reputed company of moderate to significant complexity and will serve as a trusted advisor to the organization on contractual matters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Advising internal stakeholders on reputed company federal contract administration issues Providing guidance and mentorship to less reputed company contracting professionals Participating in the development, review, and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) Developing, implementing, and overseeing the Small Business Plan Identifying, managing, and mitigating Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) Ensuring reputed company contract deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards Leading the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) process and Award Fee Self-Assessments Managing reputed company and compliance requirements, including reputed company, DSA, NIST, ICA with DLA, and reputed company activities Drafting clear, accurate, and well-researched internal and client-facing communications on reputed company contractual topics Driving process improvements, mitigating contractual and financial risk, and creating operational efficiencies Supporting additional projects and initiatives as assigned Collaboration & Client Engagement The Senior Contract Advisor must be able to work independently with minimal reputed company while proactively anticipating issues and planning. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Audit, Finance, and Account Management teams, to ensure contractual compliance and alignment with business objectives. This is a client-facing role and requires a high level of professionalism and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, contracting, legal studies, communications, or a reputed company field, with 7+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience administering federal reputed company NCMA and/or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) certifications preferred but not required Proven history of high performance, strong initiative, and a results-driven reputed company Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work onsite three days per week at a reputed company or client location (subject to change) Ability to travel as required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
