The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and their application to HR practices to create the risk-based approach to talent, performance, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and reputed company of risk-based performance management systems that effectively differentiate performance, identify and manage risk-taking behaviors.
• reputed company and establish a risk-based talent, performance, and compensation management policy for the Company including appropriate risk triggers from risk appetite, issue management, etc.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure risk outcomes are considered and integrated into HR compensation processes supported by robust governance and reputed company.
• Responsible for the execution and administration of risk-based talent, performance, and compensation programs.
• Aggregate and report key risk outcomes to Executive Committee members and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other reputed company areas. Masters degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management functions and domain knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficient in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).
• Independent performer who can work effectively and reputed company to drive projects from start to completion based on set parameters and timelines in alignment with strategic goals.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, particularly in developing compelling presentations and structured governance material and articulating program reputed company.
