Your Voice is Our Voice

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be crucial in building trust and loyalty.

What You'll Do

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

• Listen actively to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and responding with reputed company and solutions

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

• Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
• Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for reputed company agent/customer interactions
• ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
