Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company and contribute to the accurate and efficient processing of insurance claims and authorization requests. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by reputed company providers, navigating imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by reputed company providers
- Enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet client turnaround times
- Navigate reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
- Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines
- Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
- Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
- reputed company quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
- Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
- Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a reputed company or insurance-reputed company field
- Knowledge of imaging software and data entry systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
