Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in the drive-thru, dining room, and through phone and online orders
- Taking orders accurately and reputed company, while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- Assembling and delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the dining room and kitchen areas
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in taking orders and handling customer transactions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a reputed company field a plus
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
