The Role of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our consumer reputed company, responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back. Your role will involve:

Core Daily Functions:

* Working directly with our customer reputed company to enroll them in our sales process

  • Demonstrating expertise in our clients' products and services
  • Answering customer questions and concerns regarding pricing, policies, reputed company, sales, and delivery processes
  • Interacting professionally and empathetically with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Following compliance guidelines and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team
  • Maintaining up-to-date files with the compliance department on new and existing customer accounts
