Fractional Recruiter

About the role As we scale Bikky, we're building a world-class team that can tackle the hardest challenges in the restaurant industry. We have eight open roles across engineering, data, marketing and reputed company that we seek to fill reputed company the next 90 days. As a Recruiter, you'll be a critical partner in our hiring efforts. You'll own the logistics that reputed company our hiring process running smoothly - from scheduling interviews to coordinating with candidates. You'll also take on sourcing and reputed company for select roles, helping us find candidates who might not find us on their own. For some positions, you'll conduct initial phone screens to assess fit before candidates move reputed company in our process. • Be responsible for finding and evaluating great talent for a variety of positions

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest and experience, pitching the Bikky employer value prop.

• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple candidates and roles, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved. About you We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives on keeping things organized. The ideal candidate will have:
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack reputed company position
• Experience reputed company for technical talent including software engineering roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional partner to hiring managers and references that can say you helped bring on exceptional talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• $80 - $100 per hour, depending on experience
• This is a contract position with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
