What you'll be doing day to day

As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to the customer shopping experience.
• Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing reputed company to escalate to a manager to ensure seamless customer service.
• Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the arenaflex shopping experience, and fostering emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions.
• Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience reputed company scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process reputed company needed.
• Providing customers with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up reputed company scheduled in returns.

Essential Qualifications

* 2-3 years of retail customer service and/or experience preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent
