Job Description

Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a Landman | Reviewer to join reputed company and support our project management efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. You should be skilled in reputed company aspects of surface, mineral, and leasehold title research, as well as calculating ownership on both the landowner and operator sides. This role also requires reviewing the work of other landmen and reputed company providing constructive feedback to help them grow their abilities and become reputed company landmen, reputed company while meeting project deadlines. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research, including county records, production history, and seller's files.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and document research findings, extracting pertinent information for client reports.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with shifting timelines.
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as management assigns, based on evolving business needs.
• Review the work of other landmen, providing constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency in reputed company research and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing title opinions and researching county records to track leasehold transactions and verify lease ownership calculations
• AAPL membership
• Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with reputed company levels of management and clients
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word) or reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
• Experience with reputed company Acrobat
