Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we’ve made our way from down under to reputed company San Francisco, which is now one of the homes to our US operations. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The TA team partners deeply with leaders across reputed company groups, embedding as strategic advisors, and constantly evolving our craft to scale hiring in innovative and impactful ways.

The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across reputed company, such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Content, Design, People, and Vibe (Workplace Experience). We are looking for a San Francisco Bay Area based reputed company Partner to support some of our US reputed company while working closely with our Business TA team based in Australia. You’ll work closely with US recruiting teams too, based in California and Austin.

At the moment, this role is focused on

• Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs.

• Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent.

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.

• Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to reputed company high-quality, inclusive hiring decisions.

• Contributing to global TA initiatives and helping shape reputed company’s talent brand in the U.S.
