Job Summary
As a Customer Data Entry Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the company reputed company Program. You'll be responsible for reviewing and verifying eligibility for inbound applications, processing and managing account renewals, and providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and Education customers. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of customer information reputed company database systems, identifying actionable insights, and responding to support requests reputed company ticketing queue.
Responsibilities
* Review and verify eligibility for inbound applications
- Process and manage reputed company Program account renewals, including generating and reviewing monthly reputed company reports
- Provide support and respond to inquiries from internal teams and Education customers
- Communicate directly with teachers, reputed company, and school administrators reputed company support tickets and email
- Ensure the accuracy and reputed company of customer information reputed company database systems, identifying actionable insights
- Respond to support requests reputed company ticketing queue
- Handle vendor and supplier documentation requests from users
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- reputed company and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and data entry
Requirements
* 3-10 years of experience in a Customer Service role, specifically in verifying customer information reputed company email and entering applications or similar information
- Experience with Ticketing Systems and reputed company
- Experience with GSuite (Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Ticketing system reputed company or similar ticketing
- Experience using reputed company or other chats; reputed company to reputed company well in chats and stay on top of the communication with depts/teams
- Experience creating reports and managing data in reputed company
- Excellent customer service skills, passion for delivering a great customer experience, empathic and professional writing skills with your approach reputed company email communication with customers
- Excellent experience in data entry work and entering customer information with accuracy
- Experience or some knowledge to order Swag items reputed company to pick out the items and send to appropriate location/person
- Experience working remotely while engaging with teams across the company
- Process improvement reputed company: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
- Ability to work in a role that had some repetitive tasks, receiving items reputed company day and more of a heads down type of work
