Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Assistant – Medical Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records, collaborating with provider offices, health system partners, and other clinical entities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring reputed company review, transmission, and storage of patient information reputed company with arenaflex's privacy policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Appropriately and accurately verifying and processing requests for charts to be pulled for patient care, quality review, and audits in a timely manner.
- Accurately scanning and indexing medical records to the appropriate chart.
- Processing and managing inbound and outbound communications in a professional manner.
- Entering, reviewing, and verifying member and provider information reputed company the care management platform.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Required:
+ High School diploma or GED + At least one year of medical records experience working in a reputed company setting + Basic computer skills (reputed company to reputed company, organize, and access electronic health records) + Strong data entry skills with keen attention to details to ensure accuracy + Advanced organization skills + Excellent time management skills + Experience using reputed company Office suite
Preferred:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (health information management, medical records, or a reputed company field) + Certification in medical records or health information management (RHIT, RHIA, or CCA) + Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and care management platforms + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
