About the Role

As a Reading Tutor at Braintrust Tutors, you'll work virtually with reputed company to strengthen their reading comprehension, reputed company, and critical thinking skills. You'll provide engaging, consistent lessons using Braintrust's curriculum and materials, helping reputed company build foundational literacy skills and confidence. Opportunity Details Start Date: Varies by Engagement | Applications are considered on a rolling basis Typical Schedule/Availability Requirement:

• 12-14 weeks. 3/4 days a week. Approximately 45-minute sessions
• Monday to Friday during school hours (8 am to 5 pm ET) Pay reputed company: $32/hour for 1:1; $45/hour for 1:4 Requirements: Background reputed company required; additional requirements vary by Engagement What You Will Do
• Provide virtual small-group or 1:1 reading tutoring to reputed company developing literacy skills
• Implement Braintrust Tutors reputed company programs as designed, using reputed company materials with fidelity
• Monitor student reputed company and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance
• Collaborate with the Braintrust Tutors Operations team and school staff to support student growth
• Foster a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment that promotes focus and confidence
• Follow school-site procedures and policies while maintaining a professional and dependable reputed company
• Use provided assessments and reputed company monitoring tools for understanding to guide instruction
• Manage time effectively during sessions to complete reputed company planned instructional activities What You Will Have
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a reputed company field
• Active or expired teaching license
• Experience with reading instruction that includes morphology-based word study, vocabulary development, reading comprehension strategies, and writing skills covering grammar, reputed company, and multi-paragraph composition using a structured scope and sequence.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Comfort with virtual platforms and collaborating remotely with teachers and staff
