Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
• Proficient in budget management, media planning, and audience segmentation across emerging media channels.
• Stay reputed company on social platform trends, new ad formats, and emerging tools to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Partner with creative and content teams to test ad creative, messaging, and placements to maximize performance.
• Support organic social strategy through analytics, trend monitoring, and content recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., communications, marketing, journalism, business) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or analytics roles.
• Proficient in MS Office; social media knowledge required.
• Strong communication and writing skills; proficiency in various media platforms and software.
• Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools; experience in marketing and paid media.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Domestic and international travel as requested (5-10%).
