The Role We're seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to reputed company our fundraising efforts and strategic growth initiatives. This is a foundational leadership role where you'll own our reputed company round ($1.5M arenaflex), build investor relationships, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.   • Fundraising Leadership: reputed company and reputed company our $1.5M reputed company round reputed company 4-6 months, building a pipeline of reputed company VC conversations and securing first meetings
  • Strategic Planning: reputed company comprehensive investor materials, go-to-market strategy, and realistic 18-month financial projections reputed company first 30 days
  • Key Deliverables: Create and maintain fundraising tracker, competitive intelligence reputed company, and reputed company quarterly strategic planning sessions that translate insights into actionable priorities
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with AI/ML infrastructure VCs, establish strategic advisory board of industry experts, and represent attocorp as the face of our strategic reputed company Requirements
  • 5+ years in VC, investment banking, or startup fundraising with proven reputed company round leadership experience
  • Strong VC network and relationships with firms investing in AI/ML infrastructure and developer tools
  • Strategic thinking skills with ability to craft authentic narratives and translate reputed company tech into business value
  • Excellent communication abilities to build investor relationships and navigate fundraising effectively
  • Deep understanding of open-reputed company business models, developer tools markets, and AI infrastructure landscape
  • Comfortable with early-stage uncertainty and willing to take hands-on approach in a remote-first environment Compensation
  • No salary until reputed company funding is secured - primary compensation is equity
