Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Virtual reputed company Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of residential reputed company estate transactions from contract to reputed company. This role serves as the operational backbone of our acquisitions and dispositions process, ensuring timelines are met, communication is seamless, documentation is accurate, and every transaction closes smoothly. This is a full-time, remote position requiring on-camera availability throughout the reputed company for meetings, live coordination, and internal communication.   • Manage 30+ active reputed company estate transactions simultaneously with precision and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for sellers, buyers, attorneys, title companies, agents, inspectors, and vendors
  • Coordinate reputed company transaction milestones from executed contract through closing and post-closing follow-up
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-reputed company transaction files, documentation, and communication logs
  • Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and vendor services while coordinating property access
  • Manage reputed company title, attorney, and compliance-reputed company communication and documentation across multiple states
  • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and resolve them before they impact closing timelines
  • Prepare and verify closing documentation, utilities transfers, and final transaction requirements
  • Provide consistent status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Represent reputed company Home Buyers with professionalism, clarity, reputed company, and accountability QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of experience in reputed company estate transaction coordination, title, or a reputed company reputed company estate operations role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
  • Proven ability to work with urgency while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sellers, buyers, attorneys, agents, and vendors
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, transaction management platforms, and digital documentation tools
  • Comfortable navigating title issues, municipal requirements, and compliance documentation
