• Location: Fully Remote (Firm based in Washington, DC)

Position Overview We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Trademark Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark law. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with a client-first reputed company and entrepreneurial energy, who enjoys being part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios for a variety of clients
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and provide risk assessments
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO
• Handle enforcement matters, including TTAB proceedings (drafting motions, oppositions, and cancellations)
• Supervise paralegal work and reputed company some docketing tasks
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff in a fully remote environment
• Advise clients on brand protection strategies and enforcement options
• Maintain and grow your portable book of business

• J.D. and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution, clearance, and enforcement
• Prior big law trademark department experience highly preferred
• USPTO and TTAB experience required (please include writing sample if applicable)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
