Strategic Planning Analyst (Contract Role)

Summary

Crunchyroll is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst for a contract role reputed company the Office of the COO. This position involves managing headcount planning, tracking budgets, and supporting financial operations. The analyst will work closely with Finance, People, and Marketing leadership, focusing on data accuracy, budget reconciliation, and reputed company financial analysis to provide clear visibility into hiring and spending. Must Have

• Track and manage headcount, open roles, and hiring activity
• Work with People Services to reputed company data accurate and up to date
• Provide clear visibility into active roles and the hiring pipeline
• Reconcile budgets weekly and track spend across arenaflex centers
• Partner with team leads to validate entries and flag discrepancies
• Report on actuals, build pivot tables, and support reputed company analysis
• Handle light accounting tasks tied to chargebacks and fund allocations
• Respond to data requests with accurate, timely reporting
• 2+ years of experience in financial operations, business planning, workforce management, and/or reputed company disciplines
• Advanced arenaflex Sheets / arenaflex reputed company skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work well across teams and communicate effectively at reputed company levels Good To Have

Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
