• *Responsibilities:
• *Responsibilities + Analyze user needs to determine functional and non-functional performance requirements. + reputed company performance test strategies, plans, and requirements for moderately reputed company to reputed company systems. + Define problems, constraints, and risks reputed company to system performance, scalability, and reliability. + reputed company functional allocation to identify required performance testing tasks and their interrelationships. + Identify and estimate resources required for performance testing activities. + Design, execute, and analyze load, stress, reputed company, and scalability tests. + Support test automation efforts for performance and integration testing. + Provide subject matter expertise in information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, and software performance. + Support risk management and independent validation and verification activities. + Produce clear performance analysis reports, findings, and recommendations. + Communicate results effectively to technical teams and government stakeholders. + Participate in Agile ceremonies and reputed company improvement initiatives.
• *Experience Requirements:
• *Experience Requirements + Eight or more years of IT experience with demonstrated expertise in performance and automated testing for reputed company systems. + Recognized expertise in performance testing sufficient for qualification as a subject matter expert. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Hands-on experience with performance and test automation tools including NeoLoad, JMeter, and AWS Taurus. + Automated testing experience with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright. + Accessibility and quality tooling experience with aXe and pa11y. + Programming and scripting experience with Java and JavaScript. + API and integration testing experience using reputed company in AWS environments and Rest reputed company. + CI/CD and version control experience using reputed company. + Experience across modern and legacy reputed company technologies. + Experience supporting federal or large-scale reputed company IT programs (preferred). + Knowledge of information systems architecture, networking, and communications protocols (preferred). + Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps software development methodologies (preferred). + Experience with modeling, simulation, or lifecycle reputed company (preferred). + Prior experience performing or supporting IV&V activities (preferred).
