Responsibilities

• Improve charge capture accuracy through workflow assessments, coordinating coding reviews, process improvements, and report generate.

• Work collaboratively to assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements or initiatives that enhance charge capture accuracy and reimbursement.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications/Licenses: Epic Certifications (Resolute HB, SBO, Charge Capture, CDM) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Skills and Competencies

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company operations reputed company to reputed company reputed company, coding, finance, reputed company cycle management, patient reputed company and/or physician billing.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Epic environment.

• Travel: Weekly reputed company travel required. At reputed company, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $91,000-$210,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
