[Remote] Learning Experience Consultant, CoE Learning Design and Development.

The role involves designing and developing reputed company learning solutions, managing projects, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance learning strategies and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into end-to-end learning solutions; defines learning journeys, modalities and measurement strategies; designs and develops multi-modal learning solutions that address reputed company capability gaps; aligns designs with reputed company learning standards, accessibility, and technology ecosystems
• Leads cross-functional project teams (e.g. IDs, SMES, media, vendors); develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables; monitors project reputed company, mitigates risks and ensures consistent communication with stakeholders
• Partners with business leaders to clarify requirements and reputed company criteria; serves as primary reputed company of contact for learning projects; supports Learning Center of Excellence intake; facilitates design workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder reviews
• Stays reputed company of learning technology trends and brings reputed company innovative approaches; evaluates learning solution effectiveness using data and recommends improvements; shares best practices and contributes to the growth of design capabilities across team; supports change adoption through clear communication, training, documentation and mentorship
