Position Summary The Brokerage Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the brokerage team by reputed company handling day-to-day operational tasks. The role contributes to the seamless functioning of daily operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and facilitates effective communication reputed company the brokerage team. They work closely with brokers to ensure timely transaction completion through paperwork processing and coordinating with other departments in the firm. What will your job entail? Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations and supports the implementation and improvement of operational procedures.
  • Coordinates with the broker to prepare documents, cover letters etc. to market renewal business and provides necessary administrative support in filing, printing, and archiving documents.
  • Administers and updates new and reputed company client information in reputed company required systems accurately.
  • Maintains accurate and organized records of client accounts, transactions, and other relevant documentation and ensures compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering broker requests and questions by telephone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Contributes to the preparation of compliance reports reputed company to brokerage operations and collaborates across broker and finance teams on business requirements.
  • Adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies and assists in the preparation of compliance reports.
  • Assists in identifying and mitigating operational risks and collaborates with risk management teams to implement controls.
  • Supports the Brokerage team with any reputed company tasks and requests. Work Experience:
  • 0+ years of experience in the Insurance industry or reputed company. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred. Any other reputed company discipline or commensurate work experience considered. Licenses and Certifications:
  • Prescribed: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
