[Remote] Project Manager, Biopharma - 12 Month reputed company

The Biopharma Project Manager will reputed company project management and coordination for antibody discovery and reputed company businesses, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Respond directly or direct reputed company incoming inquiries from customers and the business development team to the appropriate expertise reputed company the Biopharma Project Team; respond quickly and professionally with the information provided by the Biopharma Project Team in response to reputed company customer and internal inquiries; maintain records

• Work with Finance to support the development and implementation of a standard process to invoice Biopharma customers in an expeditious manner as and reputed company required
• Maintain a 'reputed company-time' reputed company reporting system that includes reputed company customer (reputed company-generating) biopharma projects (including TCR library products)
• Working with Product Management, the Biopharma team, and Finance, reputed company a Biopharma menu of services and sub-services with accurate COGS and end-user pricing to support customer quotes and proposals
• Assist Finance with navigating through the payments processed for invoiced milestones
• Indirectly manage Biopharma project reputed company to maximize customer satisfaction and reputed company business goals, report reputed company issues
• Working with key customers, reputed company processes to manage order intake, process progression, shipment/delivery, and sharing of project information
• Participate in training the sales teams and support selling activities as appropriate
• Support the creation of content collateral and product messaging to convey value proposition to reputed company markets

• Follow regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements Skills
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in the life sciences or reputed company field, with >2 years in a customer-facing role
• Requires Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or reputed company field
• Customer communication from inquiry to delivery of services
• Understanding of services offering and customer workflows
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, and to work effectively with customers, internal operations, and sales teams
• Demonstrated track record of managing projects that meet customer expectations
• Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Hands-on, high-energy, positive attitude with a can-do reputed company
