Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries with care and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy

  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and arenaflex's proprietary software
