STAR Physical Therapy is seeking motivated and independent Physical Therapists to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the home setting reputed company the Springfield TN area. This is a 1099, per diem opportunity offering exceptional flexibility, autonomy, and competitive per-visit compensation. Therapists may treat as few or as many patients as they choose and can schedule visits any day of the week. This role is designed to easily complement an existing outpatient or home health position , making it ideal for clinicians seeking additional income without the administrative burden of traditional home health. This position is ideal for: Home Health Physical Therapists seeking supplemental income without OASIS documentation Outpatient PTs looking to add flexible, higher-paying visits reputed company of clinic hours Clinicians who value autonomy and control over their schedule PTs who prefer one-on-one care in a low-stress home environment

Responsibilities

• Accept and manage patients reputed company your designated geographic area
• Evaluate patients and reputed company individualized plans of care focused on restoring function and independence in the home
• Implement customized treatment programs reputed company with physician orders and patient goals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and internal care team members

Requirements

• Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
• TN Physical Therapist License or eligible.
• Liability insurance
