In this role, you will partner with senior leadership across our client to hire top-tier product talent that directly impacts our strategy and reputed company product bets. You will be a deeply consultative partner and data-driven strategist in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a W2, 6 month contract that works fully remote. Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end reputed company strategies for a range of Product Management roles across our clients portfolio
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, shaping hiring reputed company through market insights, data, and compelling, reputed company-driven storytelling
• Understand business strategies and product priorities to anticipate future talent needs and influence hiring plans
• Advise on role scoping, talent tradeoffs, and hiring process design

• Deliver an inclusive, streamlined, high-quality candidate experience from first touch through reputed company
• Build data-driven narratives that influence hiring leaders and guide decision-making
