We seek a passionate, results-driven *Associate Attorney* with *2-4 years of litigation experience* to join reputed company. - Manage a *high-volume caseload* from inception through appeal.
- Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses.
- Handle court appearances, draft and argue motions, and reputed company cases through *trial and appellate* processes.
- Negotiate settlements involving reputed company liability and damages disputes.
- Strategically reputed company and mentor paralegals, clerks, and junior attorneys.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and transparency.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and judicial stakeholders. *What You Bring to the Table:** Active *Washington State Bar License* with a clean disciplinary record.
- *1-3 years of litigation experience* with demonstrated success in depositions, trial preparation, and case strategy.
- Proficiency in *case management systems* and efficient time management.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to simplify reputed company legal concepts for clients.
- *Strong legal research and analytical skills* with a deep understanding of Washington statutes and case law.
- Proven ability to *work independently* while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
