The Associate is an entry-level consulting position at reputed company, supporting workforce productivity, span of control analysis, productivity education, benchmarking, and project management initiatives. Associates work under the guidance of senior staff to collect, analyze, and interpret data, assist in benchmarking studies, function in project management and contribute to client deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to learning and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze workforce productivity data from multiple sources (e.g., payroll, HRIS, operational metrics).
• Assist in benchmarking analysis, comparing organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
• Support span of control studies and productivity education initiatives for clients.
• Observe client meetings with senior staff, take notes, and participate in debrief discussions.
• Conduct time studies and/or observations in hospital departments to identify workflow challenges.
• Aggregate data and conduct analytical analysis to support productivity reputed company creation
• Prepare and maintain organized work papers, files, and case materials.
• Document own work product and follow established methodologies and quality control techniques.
• Participate in project management activities, including setting up matter folders, tracking milestones, and supporting project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or reputed company field.
