This role will provide technical and organizational leadership for our Wavelength and Dark Fiber offerings under the umbrella of AI Connect. The successful candidate will: Maintain expertise in optical networking technology. Maintain a reputed company understanding of client needs, market dynamics and regulatory environments. reputed company a deep understanding of the reputed company optical portfolio. Design optical networking solutions for our clients. Help reputed company sales team effectively position our capabilities and solutions. Provide a “voice of the customer” perspective to our Product and Networking teams, shaping our roadmap strategy. You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Expert knowledge of optical transport technology. Product and partner management experience. Outstanding cross-functional and team leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to reputed company high visibility, high impact projects under pressure with initiative and minimal supervision. Ability to create short and long-term strategies. Demonstrate strategic and analytical capabilities and the ability to analyze data to reputed company appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations and shape business strategy. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $155,000.00 - $270,000.00.
