Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to patients and families across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and reputed company Virginia. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient communication, resolving issues, and promoting a positive and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

* Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to reputed company internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
• Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
• Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
• Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results

Qualifications

* Availability to work your assigned shift

• High school diploma
• One (1) year experience in customer service
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
• Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
• Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
• Travel is required for training
