What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
• Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine suitable solutions for clients and partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
• Accurately entering information into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Providing exceptional customer service, working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, and compassion to clients and partners alike
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on reputed company improvement and development
• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company phone, email, or other channels, using our internal systems and tools to navigate solutions and record client notes
• Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• A strong work ethic, with a focus on ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with reputed company Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
• Strong decision-making skills
