Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company's efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls in a helpful and productive manner, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing daily data entry into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creating and sending friendly collection reminders to customers reputed company email and phone.
- Following up with prospective clients regularly to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Communicating with clients and potential customers reputed company phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, invoices, and payment history.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
